Job Responsibilities

Grow New and Incremental CASA and non-CASA Deposits, and other ancillary businesses'

Source for deposits in order to meet deposit targets.
Actively promote Reflex and Bank at Work to new and existing Commercial portfolio.
Value add and enhance banking relationship with other Group products i.e insurances, merchants, Business credit cards.

Housekeeping and Relationship Management
- Actively manage existing Commercial portfolios and ensure that all accounts are reviewed in timely manner (zero overdue reviews).
- Process and attend to all variations/ adhoc/ other requests from Commercial customers in timely manner.
- Monitor conduct of accounts (including covenants imposed), ensure fair share of business secured and prompt payment of facilities.
- Manage EAM and Watch List accounts.
- Timely submission of all reports to be done by Commercial Banking.
- Cross selling.

Skills and Abilities

Preferably a Certified Credit Professional.
Previous background in Commerce, Banking or Financial Services, with credit background.
