Assist with day-to-day operation for the HR & Administration function and duties.
- Assist in payroll preparation by checking, compile and update of employee record and attendance.
- Assist in distribute correspondence such as memos, letters and forms.
- Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.
- Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping
- Responsible to order and record office stationery.
- Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
- Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
