Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the daily operations of Admin/HR functions and duties,
  • Providing clerical and administrative support,
  • Compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies,
  • Participating in recruitment activities, including interviewing and profiling,
  • Preparing HR-related letters and calculating leave and benefit entitlements.
  • Organizing and coordinating events and conferences,

Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Initiative and resourcefulness
  • Presentable and open-minded
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa
  • Female Malaysian candidates only
  • Young and energetic

Educational Qualification

A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field

Benefits

  • RM 90.00 - 110.00/day
  • 4 days work/week
  • Operating Hour: Mon – Fri (9.30am – 6.30pm)
